Reverse gear: returns and warranty

Sometimes the camera you chose is not the camera your truck needed. Here is how to put it in reverse.

1. Open the order page of the store you bought from.
2. Choose return or replacement and pick a reason — a short honest note speeds things up.
3. Pack the camera, monitor and accessories in the original box if you still have it.
4. Drop it off or schedule pickup as the store instructs.

Warranty questions

If a camera stops working inside the warranty window, start the claim on the same order page. Keep a photo of the fault (a blank screen, a flickering image) — it helps.

Before you send it back

Many signal problems come from the monitor position. Move it away from metal, re-pair the camera and test again. Our install guide in the glovebox walks through it.
